Profits of Roxy-Pacific for H1 Still Came in Higher

An established property developer Roxy-Pacific recorded a 43% to $13 million drop in net profit for Q2 ended last 30 June. Revenue of the group was 9% down at $93.7 million.

However, having a strong Q1, profits of the group for the first half remain higher. Ended last June 30, first half profits of the group turn out 58% to $59.5 million and the revenue was 60% larger at $291.9 million.

Profits per share for the Q2 drop to 1.09% from 1.91% previously. Value of net asset increased to 36.89% as for 30 June compared with 33.54% as at 31 Dec.
